This Delicious and Easy Lemon Cream Pie is a quick crowd pleaser and for good reason. The texture is very similar to key lime pie only with lemon and it has the most perfect flaky crust! The fresh squeezed lemon juice is the perfect touch and really makes the pie feel light and refreshing! I promise you'll love it! Consider yourself warned....one piece will not be enough!

- Gather ingredients! You'll need lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, a pinch of salt, egg yolks, and grannies famous flaky pie crust.
- Before making your lemon filling begin my making your pie crust. Follow Grandma Arave's recipe and bake according to pie instructions.
- Using a hand mixer or KitchenAid whip lemon juice, egg yolk, salt, and sweetened condensed milk together.
- Once completely mixed together pour into your baked pie crust.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool completely. Once cooled to room temperature place in the refrigerator until chilled.
- Add homemade whipped cream to and lemon zest garnish before serving!
- Fresh Squeezed lemon juice is a must!

- If you like graham cracker crust then swap the pie crust for a homemade graham cracker crust!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed (approx. lemons)
- 4 Egg Yolks
- Salt pinch
- 2 14 ounce cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 9 inch Pie Crust Baked
Instructions
- Make and Bake pie crust.
- Whip lemon juice, egg yolks, salt, and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Pour lemon filling into a baked pie crust.
- Bake at 350° for an additional 12-15 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled to room temperature put in refrigerator until completely chilled.
- Top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with lemon zest.
