Layered Pudding Dessert
Layered pudding dessert with cream cheese, pudding, whipped topping, and a buttery nutty crust.
Ingredients
Layered Pudding Crust
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (walnuts, almonds, pecans etc.)
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
Layer 1- Cream cheese
- 1 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
layer 2- Vanilla pudding
- 1 package Instant vanilla pudding
- 2 1/2 cup milk
Layer 3- Chocolate or Lemon pudding
- 1 package Chocolate or lemon Instant pudding
- 2 1/2 cup milk
Layer 4
- 1/2 container cool whip
Instructions
Pudding Crust
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pat into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Set aside to cool.
Layer 1- Cream Cheese
- Whip all ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread onto cooled crust.
Layers 2 & 3- Pudding
- Whip instant pudding and milk until smooth.
- Allow to set slightly.
- Spread both flavors of pudding as layers 2 & 3.
Layer 4
- Spread cool whip over other 3 layers.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts as a garnish.
- Cover dessert and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
