Italian Nachos With Freaking Amazing Alfredo Sauce

Crispy won ton wrappers topped with creamy alfredo sauce, chicken, cheese, banana peppers, tomatoes, green onions, and olives. These nachos are unforgettable.
There’s this Italian restaurant in Idaho Falls called Johnny Carino’s, and it’s delicious! They serve these Italian Nachos that are heavenly! This is our family’s version of the nachos! Enjoy!
This is a long list of ingredients, but I promise it will be worth it!
Italian Nachos
1 pkg. won ton wraps, cut and fried
Alfredo Sauce (recipe below)
2 chicken breasts, grilled and shredded
1 large tomato, diced
6 green onions, chopped
2 cans sliced olives
Sliced banana peppers, optional (they are in a jar)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions: Cut won ton wraps in half forming a triangle. Fry and set aside on paper towels. Once they are all cooked, divide between two sheet pans and set aside. Make your Alfredo sauce by combining; butter (salted), cream cheese, cream, shredded parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Cook over low to medium heat until everything is melted together and creamy. Cook chicken breast and shred or chop it. I cook mine in a little olive oil with salt and pepper. Then I throw it in a plastic container and put it in either the fridge, or freezer, depending on when I need it. The chicken was reheated in the microwave prior to using it. Now it’s time to assemble your nachos! The won ton chips have already been divided between the two pans. Drizzle the Alfredo sauce over the chips. Divide the sauce evenly between the two pans. Then layer your toppings. We love chopped tomatoes, green onions, sliced olives, and sliced banana peppers. Top with Mozzarella cheese, and broil for a couple minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately!
