Caramel Pull-Apart Bread

April 4, 2016 by Sadie Leave a Comment

Pull-Apart Bread aka monkey bread has always been a family favorite! Our sister-in-law's recipe is the easiest and tastiest I've ever had! This is a Christmas Morning favorite, and the boys love them for their birthday breakfast!

Delicious caramel pull-apart bread is like a sticky cinnamon roll with a caramel frosting. Yummy breakfast for any special occasion! The best part? It is made the night before and requires little work the next morning when you cook it!

How to make caramel pull-apart bread

  • Spray your bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cut softened Rhodes rolls in half and place in a bundt pan.
  • Sprinkle the dry pudding over the rolls.
  • In a saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar until combined. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Pour over dry pudding and dough.
  • Then, sprinkle the desired amount of cinnamon on the rolls.
  • Put the bundt pan on a sheet pan and place in the oven overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done.
  • Flip bundt pan upside down on a platter. All of the bread and sticky topping should come out of the pan.
  • Enjoy!!

Do I need to let the Rhodes rolls thaw?

Nope! You totally can if you are responsible but if you don't fall in the responsible category, throw them in the microwave for a minute or two until they are thawed enough to safely cut in half. *Watch them closely while thawing so you don't "cook" them, just soften.
