- Start by gathering supplies. You'll need a pie crust, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and almond extract.
- Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to mixer and whip until completely smooth.
- Once smooth add whipping cream and almond extract.
- Whip then scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
- Finish whipping until cream has whipped enough that the cream cheese mixture is thicker.
- Pour cream cheese filling into a baked and cooled pie crust.
- Make the best homemade blueberry pie filling known to man.
- Once the blueberry filling has completely cooled top your pie.
- Place in refrigerator for a few hours to fully setup.
