  • 1 9 inch Pie Crust Baked
  • 1 8 oz Package Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ teaspoon Almond Extract


  • Gather ingredients- a pie crust, cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and almond extract.
  • Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to mixer and whip until completely smooth.
  • Once smooth add whipping cream and almond extract.
  • Whip then scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  • Finish whipping until cream has whipped enough that the cream cheese mixture is thicker.
  • Pour cream cheese filling into a baked and cooled pie crust.
  • Make the best homemade blueberry pie filling known to mankind.
  • Once the blueberry filling has completely cooled top your pie.
  • Place in refrigerator for a few hours to fully setup.
