ONE ROOM CHALLENGE POWDER ROOM-WEEK 3 has just wrapped up and there's lots to show you! We are continually blown away by the other guest participants! Check out of the the other Participants and Guest Participants HERE! You will find loads of inspiring work! 

POWDER ROOM-WEEK 3

A lot of progress was made this week; my one and only goal was to get the toilet installed and I did just that! !

TILE

• Tile was finished up and grouted
  • I went with a white penny tile 
  • non-sanded charcoal grout 

Board and Batten

• Base laid and Board and Batten started
  • Base
    • I ripped down a 1x12x6 
  • Board and Batten
    • pieces are 1x2 that measure 64" each. 
    • spaced every 15" inches.
• Room was painted black.
  • Behr Marquee Line
    • Eggshell Finish
    • Color is Limousine Leather

Shelves

• cut a 2x10 down to 23"
• stained with a mix of Varathane "Golden Oak with a splash of Ash"
• finished with Varathane Finishing Wax

Check back next week for a ton more progress!! Here's what still needs done.... vanity needs stripped and stained, Board and Batten needs a bit more done until it's completed, towel rack stained, vanity installed, door trimmed, and room decorated.
