These little Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies are a MUST MAKE for your Easter festivities! Seriously, the only thing better than the most beloved Cadbury Mini Egg is when you throw a good blondie brownie into the equation!
Now get those shoes on and head to your local grocery store for a bag of mini eggs!!! This is a family blondie recipe that we decided to add Cadbury Mini Eggs too.....the result was beautiful! A great recipe you are sure to enjoy as much as we do!!

- Cream butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
- Pulverize oats in a blender.
- Stir all dry ingredients together and mix them into creamed butter, sugar, and eggs.
- Fold in the Mini Eggs
- Spread batter into an ungreased baking pan. You can use a 6x9 pan or a 9x13.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the center and comes out clean.
- Blondies will be lightly browned on the edges when done.
- Let the bars cool completely before slicing.
- Buy a few bags of Mini Eggs and keep them in your freezer so you can enjoy blondies throughout the year.
- For a more esthetically pleasing blondie, press a few eggs into the top of the batter before baking.
Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies
Delicious homemade blondies stuffed with Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Salted butter Softened
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cup Oatmeal, pulverized in blender (measure 3/4 c. then pulverize)
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 bag Milk chocolate Mini Eggs (about 1 1/2 cups)
Instructions
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
- Pulverize oats in a blender.
- Stir all dry ingredients together and mix them into creamed butter, sugar, and eggs.
- Fold in the Mini Eggs.
