Cream butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
Pulverize oats in a blender.
Stir all dry ingredients together and mix them into creamed butter, sugar, and eggs.
Fold in the Mini Eggs.
Spread batter into an ungreased baking pan. I used a 6x9 pan so the bars were thicker. You can use a 9x13, the bars will just be thinner.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the center and comes out clean.
Blondies will be lightly browned on the edges when done.
Let the bars cool completely before slicing.
