How to get rid of unwanted bumps on arms and legs

If you are like me, you HATE the little bumps you get on the back of your arms and legs. Some people are more prone to them than others. I am, unfortunately, on the list of prone! In my quest for getting rid of these bumps, I learned that exfoliation is key. I can't say it enough! Exfoliation, exfoliation, exfoliation! The tool that worked miracles for me is this baby:
Picture Consistency is key here. You can't casually use this thing and expect miracles. You need to use it every single day! Any time you step foot in the tub or shower, scrub the problem areas with it. If that means you scrub twice a day, then by all means, do it!

Why exfoliation?

As we age, our cell turnover rate slows down, causing our dead skin cells to overstay their welcome. For example, babies have smooth skin. Their skin cells are constantly shedding, hence the soft skin. As we age, this process slows, so we need to assist the skin in getting rid of those skin cells faster. These skin cells can build up and cause bumps, acne, etc. Scrubbing your body every day with this mitt will keep the dead skin cells at a minimum, and encourage healthy skin! I also recommend these bad boys to my clients that get waxed regularly. It will help keep the ingrown hairs at bay.

Where to buy?

Any big store will have these in the bath and body section. They cost right around $3. I recommend replacing it every 4 weeks. Keep it somewhere in your shower where it can dry out after each use.

Look for this type of texture when picking the right mitt

If you are an online shopper, check out Amazon, They have quite a few options!

This method has been tested and works perfectly for me! If you give it a try, let me know what you think! -Sadie
