1 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
3/4 cup cooking oil
6 cups white chocolate wafers (I'm a Ghirardelli snob, I buy mine at Sam's Club 2 lbs. for $7)
1 family size bag of pretzels
1 bag M&M's; peanut, plain, or mini (mini are in the baking section of the grocery store).
Pop the popcorn kernels, 1/2 cup kernels to 1/4 cup oil and I use the whirly pop (link below). If you don't have one GET ONE NOW!! Sift out all of the old maids ( I hate a broken tooth!) In a separate bowl melt your chocolate melts, if you need to melt more that's easy to do so start out with 6 cups. Mix your popcorn and pretzels together in a large bowl. Pour your white chocolate over the popcorn mixture and stir it until everything's coated. Melt more chocolate if needed! Line 4 Jellyroll pans with aluminum foil or parchment paper and pour popcorn evenly between the two pans. Sprinkle with M&M's and let the chocolate set up. Package it up and get it out of your house before you eat All. Of. It!
