These little gems are the easiest and cutest things to use as a filler for any gift, or to dress up ponytail! The elastic is from Hobby Lobby, and I always stock up when its 50% off. I end up paying $1.50 for 4 yards! Each hair tie costs about 11 cents! Dang cheap I tell you!
