Math has never been a strong point for me! I'm almost (....almost) embarrassed to admit that in high school I had a "D" for a period of time and my parents weren't even mad at me. I think they thought I was joking when I told them- I totally pulled that grade up to a solid B! Fast forward a couple of years.... it was the first day of my freshman year in college. My dad gave my some "emergency cash" just in case I found myself needing it. He didn't specify what kind of an emergency.... let's just say that cash was gone after my first Math 110 class! I needed some serious retail therapy. A trip to Dillard's took care of my frantic state! I'm a firm believer that numbers and letters DO NOT mix! With that being said "Pi Day" has always held a special place in my heart. I will wholeheartedly admit that it's strictly because it gives me a great excuse to make real pie!
We have complied some of our favorite pie recipes to help you celebrate this years "Pi Day!" We hope you enjoy these recipes as much as our family does!**For the recipe, click on the picture!
