Fresh Fruit Glaze Filling
The perfect glaze for a fresh strawberry, raspberry, or peach pie!
- 3 ounce box Jell-O strawberry, raspberry, or peach (*do not use sugar-free)
- 1 cup Sugar granulated
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch heaping
- 2 cups Water
In a saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, and jello with a whisk until combined.
Add 2 cups water to the Jello-o mixture and bring to a rapid boil for 2 minutes whisking continuously.
Cool completely to room temperature.
Add washed and cut up fruit to your cooled pie crust.
Pour cooled glaze over fruit.
