Kahlua Pork

I am all for an easy meal! This slow cooker pork is so tender and flavorful. Grab a pork butt and throw two simple ingredients on it! Cook it on low for 16-20 hours and you have yourself a dang good meal that will feed an army.
We had a request from an LDS missionary to make this for a meal they were having in our home. After a bit of research, we decided it sounded easy enough. We thought it lacked in the salt department, so in our version here, we added more salt and it was perfect!
1 Pork butt roast, 6 pound
1 1/2 T salt
1 T liquid smoke

Instructions: Poke holes in pork butt with carving fork. Rub half of the salt on the pork butt and dump half of the liquid smoke on as well. Flip over and do the same to the opposite side. Turn crockpot on low and cook for 16-20 hours. Flip roast over halfway through cooking process. Serve on Hawaiian rolls. We like to put mayonnaise and Famous Daves Devils Spit sauce on ours. We also add a side of cold macaroni salad to our plate. This dinner is easy and dang delicious!

It was already falling apart at this point. Our roast was done a few hours before we were ready to eat, so we turned it on the keep warm setting.
