1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
1 can frozen Limeade, softened (you can also use pink lemonade or lemonade flavored juice concentrate)
3 packages graham cracker mini pies
Instructions: Mix a 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and 1 can limeade until combined. Work fast so it doesn’t melt too much. Add a few drops of food coloring to get your desired hue. Scoop 1/4 c. ice cream into each small crust. Freeze until solid. Top with homemade whipped cream and garnish with a small piece of lime. Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
