These little gems are seriously so easy and ridiculously delicious! The first time I had a chocolate dipped strawberry was in Disneyland years and years ago, and they have been a favorite since!!
Easy Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
2 cups chocolate of choice (my favorite is Peter's chocolate, I used ghirardelli milk chocolate chips for the tutorial and they worked great!)
1/2 cup white chocolate for the drizzling
1 pound whole strawberries, washed and driedInstructions: Melt 2 cups chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir, then do 30 second intervals until it's melted. Dip strawberries in the chocolate covering most of it. Shake off the excess and place on parchment or wax paper until chocolate has set up. Melt white chocolate and drizzle. Once the white chocolate has set up, dive in and enjoy your delicious little morsels!!!
