- 1 cup Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed (approx. lemons)
- 4 Egg Yolks
- Salt pinch
- 2 14 ounce cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 9 inch Pie Crust Baked
Make and Bake pie crust.
Whip lemon juice, egg yolks, salt, and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
Pour lemon filling into a baked pie crust.
Bake at 350° for an additional 12-15 minutes.
Cool to room temperature.
Once cooled to room temperature put in refrigerator until completely chilled.
Top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with lemon zest.
