Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs Large
  • 1 Cup Melted Butter
  • 3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree Canned
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Sift all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl, set aside.
  • Beat eggs, butter, sugar, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add 1 C. of your chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Pour batter into greased jelly roll pan, smoothing it out.
  • Take the remaining 1/2 C. chocolate chips and spread them over the top of the batter.
  • Lightly push them into the batter so they aren't sitting on top.
  • Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 25 minutes.
  • The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes

If your brownies are not done at 25 minutes, check them with a toothpick every 2 minutes until done.
When cooked, place on a wire cooling rack and allow brownies to cool completely before serving.
Makes 24 bars or more if you cut them smaller :)
