Easy Chocolate Fondue

This is a classic chocolate fondue. Its the perfect amount of sweet, but not too sweet! Your guest will keep coming back for more!

  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Measuring Cup
  • Liquid Measuring Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate
  • 6 ounces Ghirardelli milk chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter Real Butter

Instructions
 

  • Put ingredients in a medium sized saucepan.
  • Whisk on low to medium heat until all ingredients melt and incorporate together.
  • Put in fondue pot to serve.
  • Dip raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, pretzel rods, marshmallows, rice krispie treats, shortbread cookies, or milano cookies in chocolate

Notes

**Makes approximately 3 cups.** We typically figure 1/2 cup per serving so one batch will feed 6 adults.
