Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 loaf french bread

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients until combined.
  • Use a whisk to get ensure the egg is mixed well.
  • Dip individual slices of bread in pumpkin mixture. Make sure to get both sides covered
  • Cook on a griddle that has been sprayed with cooking spray until golden brown.
  • Top french toast with buttermilk syrup and roasted pecans immediately and serve.
