Prep ribs by removing membrane and cutting pork ends off.
Sprinkle rib rub of choice on both sides of rack.
Place the rack in the crockpot, bending the rack so it fits.
Set crockpot on high for a cooking time of 4-5 hours OR low for 7-8 hours.
When ribs start to fall off the bone, they are done!
Once done, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Brush BBQ sauce on the rack of ribs and broil in oven for 2 minutes to carmelize the sauce.
