  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  • Slowly add in flour mixture.
  • Roll dough out 1/4" thick and cut out cookies.
  • Transfer cut out cookies to a greased cookie sheet using a thin metal spatula. (silicon baking mat or parchment paper recommended)

Buttercream Frosting

  • Mix all ingredients together with mixer until frosting is thick and smooth

We highly recommend using a silicon baking mat AND using a thin metal spatula so cookies do not lost their shape while being transfered to the cookie sheet.
Start by adding 2 tbsp. of milk to dough. Only add more milk if dough seems too dry. Do not exceed recommended 4 tbsp. of milk or else cookies will be too runny.
Be sure to flour work surface AND the top of the dough while rolling out cookies.
